Rocky and her sister Cece are the “Wal-Mart puppies”, because someone was trying to give them away when they were 6 weeks old outside of a Wal-Mart. Luckily one of our rescue partners saw him and rescued them. Rocky has a big girl hound bark and is spunky. She is an adorable puppies who love all people and dogs.
