These pictures don’t capture the cuteness that is Sammy. He is a dachshund mix, likely with a little chihuahua, and he’s about 1 year old. He’s about 20
Pounds.  He is a lover. He’s a little nervous around big dogs at first, but he loves to play with little dogs.  He also adores children. In fact, he’s acting as a nanny dog to the 9 month old in his current foster home! He’s housebroken. He is a bit of a chew-through-my-collar kind of guy, but his foster mom has him secured now!  Sammy loves to play. He would do best in an active home with other younger dogs and kids.  A fenced-in yard would be great, but I think a dedicated routine of leash walking would work, too. Sammy loves to cuddle.
