Sheldon is the sweetest boy. He’s never met a stranger and allows anyone to pat him. He’s a bit of a bossy guy with the other dogs but gets along fine as long as they don’t challenge him. I’m confident being neutered will help with that. Sheldon LOVES stuffed toys and will carry them around everywhere, even outside. He is fully house broken but has marked once or twice. Crate trained. He is a couch potato and isn’t crazy about going outside in the cold or rain. He will tolerate a bath and being blown out with the dryer. Tolerates having his nails trimmed. Sheldon doesn’t have any teeth so we soak his dry food for 20-30 minutes until it’s mushy. He loves it! Sheldon is unusually quiet for a dachshund but will cry when he hears us come home or can’t see us. Sheldon is easy going and will likely adapt well in any home.
