Hi my name is Mila and I need you!  I am a two and a half year old dachshund/chihuahua mix (better known as a Chiweenie) who was surrendered to a shelter with my brother Ozzie who was recently adopted by his foster mom.  We went to separate fosters so we could be treated as individuals.  I am an energetic, spunky little girl with a big personality.  Foster Mom believes I will do best in a home where I can be the star of the household even though I have learned to coexist with another small dachshund.  I have also done well with some children maybe because they are on my level!   I enjoy walks on the leash but would really love a fenced in yard at my forever home so she can get even more exercise.  I am a chatty little girl who is a bit nervous at first when I meet new faces so first impressions are not my strong suit.  I might do best with a female who lives alone and can be my person!  My current foster mom has to move soon far far away and we are hoping I won't have to settle into yet another foster home but can go straight to my forever home.   I am going to miss her...did I tell you thanks to her I have my own toy chest and sweater collection? Would you be wiling to open your heart and your home to me?  Woof and I love you already!
