Young Roscoe was adopted in February, but his adopters haven't managed to stop him from marking in their house, and it's a deal-breaker for them. I am more than happy to offer advice to fosters and adopters on how to break the marking cycle---we all know dachshunds are one of the hardest breeds to housebreak, but it can [almost always] be done.
Roscoe is currently in eastern VA sort of between Fredericksburg and Williamsburg. His adopters are willing to transport him to meet someone ASAP.
Roscoe was my foster. He's a sweet boy; he came from a hoarding situation, and he likes other dogs and would probably be afraid of cats. He's good with kids and LOVES a good cuddle.
