Athena and her littermate Akka came to us together, and would probably like to stay together, but we don't think that is necessary.  Athena is a little shy around new people and will make a lot of noise when a visitor comes around, but when we took her to an adoption event, she enjoyed saying hi to all the people who came to say hi to her. Athena does like to climb and perch on things, such as chairs, tables, and counters. Athena might be part cat!!!  Speaking of cats, we aren't sure how they do with them, but they seem to do fine with children, although it might take them a bit to get used to very tiny people.  Athena is crated trained and pee-pad trained and housebroken when kept on a schedule (so she's a dachshund).   Athena doesn't mind other dogs.  

Athena's adoption fee will be $300 and she will be fully vetted before she is adopted.
