Jane wants desperately to be a lap dog, but she's incredibly scared of new people.  She is a big fan of other dogs and is known to be good with goats and cats.  She will bark at guests until she gets to know people.  Jane started out her life as a feral dog in a field, so she's made tremendous progress!  Jane likes to protect her foster mom, and she initially was more wary of her foster dad.
