Chester came from a hoarding situation.  He was living with 50 other dogs!!  Given his start, he's a sweet boy that really seems to know how to be an inside dog.  Now that he doesn't have worms anymore and is eating consistently, he's ready to be part of his very own family!!

Chester is fine with cats.  He loves a nice soft chair, bed, and blanket.  He's learning to cuddle with his person.  He will go in his crate, and he sleeps through the night in his crate.  

It's best if he eats separately from other dogs, as he had to fight for food in the past, and he can get nervous/protective when other dogs are around when he eats.  

He hasn't been around any kids younger than 5, but he has not problems meeting new people.  

He has been known to still mark his territory, but he was just recently neutered, and old habits are hard to break.  With consistency, he should break that old habit!

Chester is being fostered in Waynesboro, VA.  His adoption fee is $275.
