Hi! My name is Shadow aka Dash. I am an all black mini dachshund. I was surrendered by a nice lady who had rescued me from a place where I was not happy. I stayed with her and her loving family for a few months. My rescue Mom wanted nothing but best for me and knew that I was too much to take on at this time. I am now in my temporary home with my foster Mom and Dad who treat me like the special dog that I am. I get along well with my 3 bothers and sister but would be just as happy with just humans as long as I have a lap to sit on and a bed to snuggle in. I had 3 boys in my last home that I got along with great so I am kid friendly. I am as sweet as they come and have lots of love to give. My foster mom tells me I have the softest fur she has ever seen. It is mandatory that I have a lap to sit on whenever possible. I do well meeting new people. I will make someone a loving companion.
