Duchess is a very sweet and loving girl.  She has taken a bit of time to really warm up to her foster family, but that is to be expected in a new environment.  She is very cuddly on her terms, but we expect that to change once she knows that she is safe in her forever home. Duchess is very intelligent, having easily mastered the dog door and the dog stairs to the big bed.  Duchess loves to sleep on piles of pillows and blankets. Duchess loves to go for walks, and she loves to go for car rides with her head out the window. She also LOVES to eat, and will beg all day long for a bite of human food.  Duchess is fantastic with people of all ages, including small children.
