Hi I am Ms. Sadie!  My owner died, some other folks "inherited" me but it just didn't work out so here I am...a K Kid!  Foster Mom says I am a sweet and loving companion.  I love humans and other dogs and I am excellent with older kids.  I am crate trained and leash trained. I live for walks and am very athletic.  I love running too!  I definitely do NOT act my age.  We estimate me to be nine years young.  I can also be a lap dog and am content to be a couch potato but expect belly rubs while lounging...lots of 'em!  I will repay you with kisses time and time again.  I will paw at your hand for the rubs!  I like sleeping both in the big bed and in my bed and I am friendly with visitors.  I hardly ever bark.  I absolutely LOVE men (a rare trait in dachshunds) and I really really must have someone who can give me the attention and love I crave.  Foster Mom says after all I have been through I am worth it.  The only delay on my going to my forever home is that Foster Mom has to schedule a dental and there is usually a pretty good wait time so I hope you can be patient...I am worth wait for.
