Hi, Maddie Jr here (ha ha Maddie Sr was another foster at Foster Mom's and Dad's for awhile so that was how I became Maddie Jr!  I am a young and healthy dachshund girl who is proud to report that with a little patience on their part Foster Mom and Dad have successfully potty trained me TA DA...for those of you who know our breed you know what a big deal that is since I think I was originally kept outdoors...but now I am all warm and cuddly...I am also trained to use a dog door!  I play with toys and I LOVE playing with the other dogs here.  At first I was afraid to go outside and explore but now I am bold!  Foster Mom says I am the cuddliest of all her dogs and that I have the biggest heart and give the best kisses.  I sleep in the big bed with Foster Mom and Dad and I go all the way under the covers until I reach their feet and that is where I stay most of the night.  I have made huge improvements since I have been in this awesome foster home and they tell me I am now ready for my forever home.  Could it be with you?  Woof and I love you already...
